On a first pass you need only the rooms sheet, the testing notes and the layers of your plan, and the brief only if the plan has rows marked electrician. The rest can wait.
Browser storage is convenient and fragile. It is cleared when you clear site data, is empty in private browsing, is not shared between browsers or devices, and can be lost to browser updates or storage limits. Export a copy whenever you have entered something you would hate to lose, and print the sheets you rely on.

The lighting binder records your plans, your readings, your notes of what others told you, and your decisions. It is not a permit, a contract, an inspection or an electrical assessment, and its readings are not certified measurements. Where a sheet records an answer from an electrician, an inspector, a landlord or a doctor, the record is yours; the answer is theirs.
